Meditation

Your strongest muscle and your worst enemy is your mind. Train it well.

Meditation is crucial for success in today’s life. Far from slowing you down it allows your brainwaves to slow down ( your monkey mind ) to receive inspiration and insight that allows you to function more effectively and purposefully.

I hold meditation groups using the Max Meditation system. I guide you through the system to ensure a relaxing and mindful experience.

The Max Meditation™ System is a simple and effective way to meditate, both for beginners and for experienced meditation practitioners. 

This system was developed by Gudni Gudnason, after traveling the world for the last 35 years exploring the phenomena of the mind.  Max Meditation is a complementary blend of ancient methods learned from prominent teachers in India and Tibet and modern techniques of psychology and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), this system is designed to teach you how to truly get the most out of your meditation practice.


WHAT TO EXPECT

This meditation begins with a brief teaching/talk. This is a completely guided meditation experience. Total time meditating is 45-60 minutes
