Already the drive to Elgin felt liberating and I was looking forward to an unknown session. The life activation process was a unique experience unlike any I have had before.

I experienced many sensations during the session - from feeling liberated to being stuck and heavy, to almost lifting off the ground.

After the session the drive home for me was like a termination, a time to settle, and think about all the words and emotions that came up.

It was very special to the point that the same day a huge step was fulfilled in my life that I had feared for a long time. I look forward to all the positive outcomes and the energy flows set free.

“Often it’s the things that we know to be good for us, that we put off time and time again. I’ve known for a long time, that setting time aside for meditation and a moment to be mindful was something I desperately needed to add to my weekly schedule. But even with my best intentions; days, weeks and months would pass without ever getting around to it.

Occasionally I’d get it right… but seated at the bottom of my bed with the TV on in the room next door, cell phone vibrating and garden sprinklers still spitting away an hour after they should have been turned off - it certainly was a challenge every time.
